Three services. Three different ranking changes.
A homeowner has to find a business before they can consider hiring it. In the September reports, all three average rankings sat outside the first 10 positions. By October, every reported average had improved.
Metric: reported Average Scan Ranking. Position difference = before minus after. Lower is better. These are reported-score comparisons; identical coordinates, spacing, and search settings cannot be verified.
The reports are 27 days apart. That interval does not establish the campaign length, and ranking changes do not measure calls, leads, traffic, or booked jobs.
How to read the maps.
Each pin is a tested search location. Its number is the position reported for that location. Lower numbers mean a result appeared closer to first place.
An average summarizes the test locations. A homeowner searching from another neighborhood may see a different position.
Changing the map center, coverage, or grid spacing changes the locations being measured. Keep those settings consistent when comparing future scans.

What changed
The earlier map contains many positions around 12-14. The later map shows many 9s, 10s, and 11s, alongside stronger pockets around 4-8 and some locations still marked 20+.
What it means
The reported average moved from 12.76 to 10.09. The business was still around 10th on average in the later report, so the remaining weak spots show where visibility was limited.

What changed
The earlier image mixes positions around 8-10 with many results in the 11-15 range. The later image has many visible pins around 7-9, with a few stronger and weaker locations.
What it means
The reported average improved from 10.82 to 8.25. This places the business closer to the front of the results a homeowner might compare, while still leaving room to move higher.

What changed
The earlier map has sizable patches marked 20+, especially around its edges. The later map is largely filled with positions 4, 5, and 6. Its reported average is 4.91, down from 11.91.
What it means
The 7.00-position difference is the largest reported change among the three plumbing searches. It is seven average ranking positions, not seven extra leads or proof of top-three placement across the whole area.

The later map contains many positions 1-3 near its center, with weaker results toward parts of the edge. Its average is 4.37, a useful snapshot for the area measured.
